Responding to complaints - investigation allegations
Dealing with employee complaints or allegations about other employees can be a source of significant stress - and can present a real risk to your business and its reputation. I can help you design an open and transparent processes to address complaints and allegations - and can advise on best practice going forward including policy development and action plans to prevent the same issues recurring.
Coaching
Sometimes our managers and leaders need extra support in their role. Whether it’s coaching around specific parts of their role such as performance management of teams or delegation - or simply helping them to consider and integrate new approaches, a little coaching can go a long way.
